Skills and change

People in all participating organisations are crucial to successful innovation and transformation. The guidelines therefore required projects to involve them as an integral part of their approach.

Companies and organisations should develop a circular mindset and build the relevant skills and knowledge. These include capabilities relating to circular-economy principles, remanufacturing, sustainability, data and knowledge transfer. Structures within and across organisations, learning processes and new learning formats should help people apply these capabilities effectively.

What it's about

Key questions

Change succeeds only with the people who put it into practice every day. The questions it raises include:

1

Which circular, transdisciplinary, data and sustainability skills are required?

2

How can learning processes and learning formats support change within and between organisations?

3

How can people actively shape circular value-creation processes and be supported by appropriate AI-based decision tools?
